# Kitchen Remodeling



## What's Included

A typical kitchen remodel with us covers:

- Initial site visit, layout review, and design conversation
- Cabinet, counter, backsplash, and fixture selection with
  samples in hand
- Demolition of existing cabinets, counters, backsplash, and
  flooring as needed
- Plumbing rough-in changes for sink, dishwasher, refrigerator
  water line, and pot filler
- Electrical updates for new lighting, GFCI outlets, range,
  microwave, and any added island circuits
- Cabinet installation, countertop fabrication and install,
  backsplash tile work
- Sink, faucet, range, and dishwasher install
- Final walk-through and punch list

## How Long It Takes

Most full-kitchen remodels run four to six weeks from demolition
to final walk-through. Cabinet lead times often drive the schedule
— we order cabinets up front so demo and install land back-to-back.
